ASSOCIATION OF BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY PROPOSES FOUR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION BILLS

The Iowa Association of Business and Industry (“ABI”) has proposed four (4) bills. ABI describes each bill as addressed to “critical business climate issues facing Iowa job creators.” ABI Legislative News, 1/3/04, p. 1. Each is been sponsored by Willard Jenkins (R-Waterloo).
